Introducing Firebrand... our latest Client:

We are pleased to announce our latest partnership with London-based music industry merchandiser Firebrand Live. MAM is handling the receipt, handling, customer services, fulfillment and distribution on behalf of the client and it represents a fabulous and exciting opportunity for MAM. We are also handling product launches and specialist 'value-added services' within our Pre-Retail department.

The MAM Team has been headed up by Martin Harrison and Nic Bayliss following original discussions between MAM Director Stephen Harrison, consultant Stephen Kincaid (who is now a full-time member of the Firebrand E-Commerce team along with Chris Cannon), and Firebrand Managing Director Neil Boote during the summer of 2009.

Becky Harrison is the Account Manager at MAM.

Here is a little background to our latest clients...

Firebrand Live is Europe’s leading independent music merchandising and licensing company. The business services over 200 artists, plus record labels and promoters across the spectrum of musical genres, and has worked on behalf of household names such as Take That, Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs, Editors, Muse, Placebo, Prodigy, The Foo Fighters, Miley Cyrus and Genesis, to unsigned acts at the start of their careers.

In this capacity, Firebrand Live is a one stop service provider for all aspects of image rights exploitation – product design and production, sales and marketing at events, through retail channels and via direct online and mobile channels to fans.

Firebrand Live has recently launched a proprietary E Commerce platform which provides a full suite of services to its clients, enabling them to sell digital and physical music and merchandise directly to fans from any artist channel – artist websites, social media pages and mobile applications.

Firebrand Live also designs, manufactures and sells the merchandising at many of the UK’s biggest and best festivals including The Carling Weekend at Reading and Leeds, The Isle of Wight Festival, Latitude, T in the Park, Creamfields and Bestival. In 2009 Firebrand took on the merchandising duties at Benicassim in Spain. Beyond the music business Firebrand Live also work on behalf of many other entertainment brands and performers including The Mighty Boosh and Al Murray.

Firebrand Live’s business is built around four cornerstones - excellent product development skills, consumer / fan understanding, efficient systems and a strong service culture.

Firebrand Live’s future strategy is to extend these attributes into new, live and digital services.
